MODERN MAKEOVER
Modern Makeover offers two distinct packages: "Transform" and "Elevate." The primary distinction between these packages lies in the starting point of each project. If you have minimal furniture or intend to start fresh by discarding most of your existing furniture, "Transform" is the ideal package for you. On the other hand, if you already have the majority of your furniture but still desire a brand-new look, "Elevate" is the package for you. Both packages are complete makeovers that are carefully planned weeks in advance and tailored to each individual client. A minimum spending budget is required, and the service fee is determined based on the scope of work.
Are you ready to turn nothing into something? Do you want a new look but have no idea how to achieve it? With this service, I will transform your entire space into a room that’s pleasantly unrecognizable. This comes with a consultation, sourcing of all furniture and decor, full furniture assembly, clean up, rearranging, organizing, and styling. Service fee starts at $1000 per room but is determined based on the scope of work.

How it Works
1. The Initial Call
Every Modern Makeover begins with a complimentary discovery call. Potential clients interested in this service should schedule a time to discuss their vision, challenges, and desires for the project. This call is an opportunity to ask any questions and gain a full understanding of the service. We'll use this conversation to determine the scope of the project and assess whether this service is the best fit for your needs.
2. The Consultation
Once you've decided to proceed with the service, we’ll schedule an onsite consultation. This consultation has a $100 non-refundable fee, which will be applied toward the total cost of the project. During the consultation, we’ll discuss all the details of your project in person. Seeing the space allows me to provide a more accurate price estimate. After the visit, I will send you a full price breakdown. Please note: Each project requires a minimum shopping fee in addition to the service fee.
Budget & Payment Structure
To ensure a seamless and successful decorating experience, there is a clear and transparent payment structure:
Service Fee: This is the fee for my design expertise, time, and personalized consultation throughout your project. The $100 non-refundable consultation fee goes towards the service fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the makeover date.
Shopping Fee: In addition to the service fee, there is a required shopping fee to start sourcing and purchasing the items needed to bring your vision to life. I always strive to provide high-quality work and deliver a room you're proud of, which is why each project has a minimum shopping fee. Once the shopping fee is secured, the project will officially begin.
This structure ensures that we can create a quality and cohesive design that fits your goals and preferences.
3. The Process
Once the shopping fee is received, we’ll dive right into the planning phase. I’ll create a mood board and start sourcing furniture and decor, keeping you updated along the way.
4. The Best Part
The big day – Makeover Day! During the initial meetings, we’ll schedule your Modern Makeover date. The estimated completion time will vary, but I’ll discuss this with you in advance. It’s best if you’re away from the home or room during the makeover to ensure a smooth and efficient transformation, leading to the ultimate reveal!
