MODERN MAKEOVER
Modern Makeover offers two distinct packages: "Transform" and "Elevate." The primary distinction between these packages lies in the starting point of each project. If you have minimal furniture or intend to start fresh by discarding most of your existing furniture, "Transform" is the ideal package for you. On the other hand, if you already have the majority of your furniture but still desire a brand-new look, "Elevate" is the package for you. Both packages are complete makeovers that are carefully planned weeks in advance and tailored to each individual client. A minimum spending budget is required, and the service fee is determined based on the scope of work.
Are you ready to turn nothing into something? Do you want a new look but have no idea how to achieve it? With this service, I will transform your entire space into a room that’s pleasantly unrecognizable. This comes with a consultation, sourcing of all furniture and decor, full furniture assembly, clean up, rearranging, organizing, and styling. Service fee starts at $700 per room but is determined based on the scope of work.

Does it seem like something is missing? Are you unsure how to add color and personality? With this service, I will elevate your space and show you how the smallest details make the biggest difference. This comes with a consultation, sourcing of all decor, rearranging, clean up, organizing, and styling. Service fee starts at $500 per room but is determined based on the scope of work.

How it Works
1. The Initial Call
Every Modern Makeover starts with a complimentary discovery call. Potential clients interested in this service should schedule a time and date for the call, which will give you an opportunity to ask any question related to this service. Specifically, we will discuss your vision and budget. You are able to ask any questions related to this service in order to have a complete understanding. This call serves as the first step to determine the scope of the project and if this is the right service to proceed with.
2. The Consultation
Once the client decides they would like to continue with this service, we will schedule an onsite consultation. The consultation has a $50 nonrefundable charge that goes towards the project’s final total. During this visit we will go over all of the specific details of the project. Seeing the room(s) in person is the best way to give an accurate price point. Following the visit, I will send a full price breakdown. Please note, each project requires a minimum shopping budget in addition to the service fee.
3. The Process
The planning begins after a signed agreement. I will create a mood board and begin sourcing furniture and decor with the predetermined budget.
4. The Best Part
Makeover day! The Modern Makeover date will be scheduled during the initial meetings. The estimated time of completion varies but will be discussed ahead of time. It is preferred you are away from home (or the room) during the transformation to allow for efficient timing and the ultimate reveal.
